The appearance of each lot is expected to be kept in a neat and attractive manner. The grass, flowers, and shrubbery should be kept in an orderly fashion. Grass and weeds should be kept mowed regularly, and any dead vegetation should be removed promptly. If the owner fails to maintain their lot, Patrick Farms Management Company will have the work completed, and the owner will be responsible for the costs involved.
You will need to refer to and follow the Architectural Design Policies, Standards & Guidelines and the Covenants for your phase and part. Also, you will need to complete the Architectural Submittal Form. If you are submitting a form for a storage building, you will also need to complete the Storage Building Submittal Form. Submit all forms with information requested to the Patrick Farms Architectural Review Board for approval prior to making any changes to your property.
All of these should be stored within the confines of a garage or behind privacy fencing
You will need to complete the Homeowner Request Form and submit to the Management Company.
You can pay for your homeowner’s dues online, by mail, or by dropping off payment at our office. Checks should be made payable to Patrick Farms Management Company and may be mailed to: P. O. Box 12004, Jackson, MS 39236. If you wish to drop off your payment, our physical address is 113 Park Circle Drive, Flowood, MS 39232.
Your homeowner’s dues pay for the maintenance, repair, and administration of the common areas of Patrick Farms. These include the entrance and pool area and pool.
